How do I install VineaVPN?
Install VineaVPN from the Chrome Web Store, then click the extension icon and sign in with your Google account. A free trial is activated automatically on first sign-in.
The extension is not connecting. What should I do?
Try switching to a different node from the node list. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and make sure the extension is enabled. Contact us at [email protected] if the problem continues.
Will VineaVPN slow down domestic websites?
No. Smart routing automatically detects domestic traffic and connects it directly — without going through any proxy node.
How many devices can I use with one account?
Your subscription is linked to a Google account and browser profile. The same Chrome profile can be used across multiple devices simultaneously.
I forgot to use the free trial before purchasing. Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. We strongly recommend using the free trial (3 days, 5 GB) before purchasing a subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription does not auto-renew. It simply expires at the end of the period. No action is needed to cancel.
