Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VineaVPN ("Vinea", "the Service"). By installing the extension or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

VineaVPN is a browser-based proxy extension for Chrome, Edge, Arc, Brave, and Firefox. It provides smart traffic routing that automatically distinguishes between domestic and overseas traffic, requiring no desktop VPN client.

2. Account Registration

To use VineaVPN, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials with others. Each subscription is bound to a Google account and browser profile.

3. Free Trial

New users who sign in for the first time with a Google account automatically receive a free trial (3 days, 5 GB of data). Each Google account is eligible for one free trial only. The trial automatically ends when either the time limit or data limit is reached.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions are non-transferable and linked to your Google account. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change with prior notice. We accept WeChat Pay and Alipay.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Vinea does not offer refunds for any subscription plan. We strongly recommend using the free trial to evaluate the service before making a purchase. If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use VineaVPN only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
• Conduct unauthorized penetration testing or network attacks
• Circumvent any security measures of our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Subscription periods are not extended due to temporary outages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to VineaVPN are the property of Vinea. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for your personal, non-commercial use during your subscription period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vinea does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
